Can anyone have a copy of MOA & AOA of any Transferee company (Amalgamating company). I just want to see how the court order is being annexed to MOA & AOA of Transferee Company after filing the same with ROC. I also want to see how the share capital clause is being shown after amalgamation. So if u have any copies then pl. mail me.
