mistake in form 109

you should ask abt ur problem at your regional ICAI office articles section on phone i think only they can tell you the procedure in this regard and make it sure that u have reasonable proof like record register at your office n like in support of your reason. Contacts list is available on ICAI website in Right to information ACt tab there.

Sir, I mention the leaves correctly but mistakenly wrongly mention total working weeks at the time of transfer in form109. And icai also accepted the form109. Now I have to submit form 108.can change such total working weeks in form 108. plz kindly tell me Urgent sir plz
