Mistake in final online exam form

Today I had submitted the CA final online exam form. But after filing of Form.....

I see that details of last appearance of CA final exam is not given...

How I rectify this mistake ?

please help me

Dont worry. Write your last appearance detail in the printout of filled exam form with black pen. Also write a letter in ur handwritting about the matter and submit it with the form. It will be sufficient. Its a very common mistake.. For more clarification u can call exam helpline

by mistake,I wrote my qualification exam rol no wrong in the exam form. When enquired in ICAI,they told me that there is no need to worry we have all your data with the help of your registration number. This will be my 4th attempt,and I have never filled up that LAST APPEARANCE column,so there is no need to worry
