Till Friday there was no case of Mismatch PAN during Migration process... but since Saturday i filed 10 forms and all has got MISMATCH error.. which is very much strange and i am sure that there is no mismatch in PAN name as per IT Department and ST Department and on PAN Card, but still this error is coming from Saturday onwards.
Has anyone experience the same?
Or if anyone got any solution to it?

Same Issue here as well.
Today i resubmitted the same form and got successful acknowledgment... so it seems this issue of Pan Mismatch has been resolved.
Observed that there is SPACE before Surname (Last Name) on Promoters / Partners Page..., so maybe that was the issue and now since it is editable so we can just retype the First Name, Middle name , Last Name and save all the pages again before resubmitting it.

Try to delete the Name Entry in Promoters / Partners Detail and rewrite it and try it again,
I had seen a Space in Last Name when the Name comes automatic on 2nd Page.
Otherwise too even i have having some Mismatch issues even though the name is written as per Database of Income Tax.
And i have written email to helpdesk but no reply from them :(
