1. Open the attachment **Village.xls**
2. Select all cells (or press CTRL+A)
3. Go to Home, format, row height & insert i.e. make the row widtth as 15.33
4. Go to Home format, column widtth & insert i.e. make the column widtth
as 2.4
5. Admire the result. Absolutely Brilliant!!!! (click the sheet to see the
