is there any proforma for writing minutes of private limited company??? if so can u provide me with the same.an the same be maintain in soft copy...

Yes you can maintain the minutes in soft but only for administrative convenience. For statutory compliance maintenance of minutes in hard copy is mandatory along with proper bounding. This practice is also necessary to maintain legal authencity of minutes as evidence in court proceedings.

Dear Mihir,

There is no set profarma for the minutes of the meeting for any company. However, some matters are required to be mentioned in the minutes as given above in all the draft minutes. You may choose any one of above as per our requirement.

As per your query regarding maintinance of minutes in soft copy. No this is not allowed. For statutory compaliane minutes must be in hard copy and duly signed. Please go through section 193 of The Companie Act, 1956.
