MIN. Stipend for Articled Clerk under new scheme?

Friends,
please let me know the statutory minimum stipend to be paid to the Articled Clerks under new scheme.

Under the new scheme the minimum stipend is Rs.1000/- (first year), Rs.1250/- (Second Year), Rs.1500/- (third Year)
