Mgt-7/7a
The company has paid up share capital less than 2 crores but turnover more than 70 crores and Aoc-4 has been filed but still while prefill in mgt-7 it shows company is small company please file mgt-7a and while entering turnover in mgt-7a it shows please file mgt-7 as turnover is more than 20crore. Has anyone faced such problem? What is the solution?

Quick Summary
I also face this kind of issue many times the solution to this problem is to raise a ticket on MCA portal.
I also faced same first file AOC-4 PAY FEE THEN you can file MGT 7A.
But already filed Aoc-4 still the same problem
