for any special resolution passed on 20 th June 2021 in agm, what is the last date of filing MGT 14. is there relaxation of time Due to covid 19.
Is relaxation applicable upto 31 St may 2021 or for June 2021 held agm also.

Within 30 days.. Earlier whatever was due till 31.5.21 was extended till 30th June

If the event date is 21.6.21, due date 20.7.21 , is 31 St July applicable or 20.7.21 is applicable.
