Dear All,

At para 6 in MGT 14, what is section, we need to mention for resolutions required to file under section 117 of the Companies Act, 2013 with ROC, for example:

1. For filing extract of taking note of disclosure of interest of directors, do we need to mention section 117 or section 184

2. Approval of accounts and directors report, do we need to mention section 179(3) or section 177
