It is not necessary to hold and AGM in OPC as per section 96(1) excludes OPC to hold any AGM

As rightly highlights about the AGM of the OPC and that member should keep in mind section 122 and 118 of the Companies Act, 2013
For maintaining the record in minutes and filing of copy of annual Financial result in AOC-4 with in 180 days from end of financial year etc read with third proviso to section 137(1) of the Companies Act, 2013.
