Medical Termination the only way out

what do u what ask for - procedure for medical terminations?????????

If someone opts for transfer on the basis of edical ground, then the disease has to be of serious nature that would last for at least 3 months. So,that means if someone wants to take transfer on this basis, ha has to sit at home doing rest 4 3 months & then that 3 months would be an utter waste.

I don't think the disease needs to be of a serious nature and all. The rule is that if an articled assistant takes termination on medical grounds, then the article has to stay onrest for 3 months. During this period, he/she cannot pursue articleship.
