Only way to take transfer is by the way of medical termination of articleship .
Can anybody help me What is the procedure to take medical termination.

If someone opts for transfer on the basis of edical ground, then the disease has to be of serious nature that would last for at least 3 months. So,that means if someone wants to take transfer on this basis, ha has to sit at home doing rest 4 3 months & then that 3 months would be an utter waste.
I don't think the disease needs to be of a serious nature and all. The rule is that if an articled assistant takes termination on medical grounds, then the article has to stay onrest for 3 months. During this period, he/she cannot pursue articleship.
