Meaning of termination

terimination means you are terminating articleship under present employer, for this your principal have to sign on form109, you have to request and convince your principal for getting signed,hemay ask for reason be prepared togive reason,if he signs on form 109 it is enough, your terminated from service under old employer

and then you have to re register under another employer,procedure is same,

take 102,103,no need to pay registration fee again, 

thats it be prepared new employer may ask for reason for taking transfer from old firm

but how is diff from transfer? plz tell me?

In the current sense, termination means transfer of articleship . Termination of articleship under former CA and transfer the same to any other one.

Transfer can be taken in the first year of articleship.

You are just confusing in these terms, these terms are somewhere same.

At the time of transfer from one employer to another employer, termination automatically take place at the previous employer side.
