and if separate appointment is required whether MD/WTD/CEO/CFO have to mandatorily be appointed as KMP.

Key Managerial Person are Chief Executive officer, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of the company.
CFO/CEO are KMP of the company provided that in a single point of time no person can be appointed as a CEO and MD at the same point of time.

Although all are kmp but If there are more than one wtd or md than u have to designate one as kmp this is only for compliance part nothing else
