what is the maximum number of leaves allowed to be taken during the articleship period of 3 yrs and 6 months.
Is it 1/6th or 1/7th of the days served???

1/6th of the articleship or 300 days whichever is higher.

I think there is no condition of 300days
its only 1/6th of period actually served
max leave allowed as per Inst is 1/6 th of actual days served.
but it depends upon principle and article asst how much to take leave..
