Hi my name is Akshat and I am about to give my IPCC exam.

I have a question that frightens and makes me think a lot and that is my age is 25 and I have completed just 8 months of my training therefore if I complete my remaining training that in my case is 2 years and 10 months and hope that I clear my final exam in first attempt (which is yet a very difficult itself) then at the time I would get a degree of a CA I would be 29 years which I think is not a good age for a person to get a job as a fresher.

So can somebody tell me the max. age of person to get a job as CA in a company as a fresher?

Please help me it will help me a lot in my future career prospects

Nothing yaar..u just go ahead don't think about age..finish it in first attempt..ipcc and Final..u will surely be taken by an MNC for sure..trust in u..and become a Creator..ALL THE BEST.

Age doen't matter what matters is your knowledge

Dear akshat , its age that nothing matter, matter is that u r CA, so instead of age, opportunity, job focus yourself in completing CA, after that life is yours..ok i think now u will be ok with this..

Age doesn't matter in CA proffession, so be confident  yourself and go ahead

Thanks to all of you for your noteworthy suggestions. But the thing is not about that I am confident or not, I am full confident that I can clear my CA exams it just that I didn't had any legitimate answers to my parents and hence convince them that I would get a job as CA even if I turn 29 as a fresher if I think it in practical way leaving all other emotions behind. I just wanted to be sure that if I as a fresher aged 29-30 years is sitting among others in an interview of the Co. then  I would be given same importance as others who would have done CA at much earlier age than me as a fresher.

Age does matters a lot. look at some of the top recruiters in the campus like TCS,SBi etc, you will find that they fix the upper age limit at 25. This has happened to me when I cleared but yes CA is worth doing . atleast  you always have a choice to start your own practice in case you are fed up with the job in hand. Complete it first and then think of anything else and what can only save you is that if you are a first attempt clearer or a rank holder else get ready to jump into the pond of SMEs
