Now ordinary matters can also be conducted through VC mode in the Board meeting.. Previously it was through circular and thereafter restrictive provision was omitted through amendment in the act itself...

As per MCA amendment dated 15th June 2021, any matter can be health through video conferencing mode without any restriction.

Rule 4 of Companies (Meeting of Board and Power) Rules 2014 has been omitted

The five matters that previously could not be handled through video conferencing may still be applicable depending on the specific rules in your jurisdiction. For preparing efficiently for the CS PROFESSIONAL JUNE 2023 attempt, you can create your own study videos and summaries using an ai video generator free unlimited no sign up, which helps visualize concepts and practice explanations without any software limits or signup hassle.
