If b/f Capital losses is there and no depreciation is provided nor anu unabsorded losses are there.. so can we set off capital loss while computing mat u/s 115jb........

If not then then answer capital losses can be carried forward only for 8 years den 'll it be alloed to be carried forward for 1 more years........

No, Provision for Bonus, LE, Gratuity not to be added while calculating the book profit u/s 115JB. This is ascertained liabilities.
