Dear Sirs,

We received Smart Board installation (Service tax 12.36%) invoice on 10.06.2014.

Can i account this bill on 20.03.2014 (or) 10.06.2014 ?

Plz Help me.

To which period this expense relate? What is date of invoice? If this expense relates to fy 13-14 and date on invoice occures in fy 14-15, you may book provison of expense but remember that service tax input credit has to be booked on the date of invoice only.
