Mandatory Hours for 2008 not met

Dear Ajay,

ICAI doesn't mentioned anywhere if the CPE hours are not completed but it will debar from having the rights as a member. It means you can continue to be a member but can't exercise any rights. Further you will be unable to renew your membership too.

Okay, based on the above views it seems that if a default has been made for 2008 by me then  there is no use to renew my membership for 2009-10. It it so? what is the solution to this situation? Please suggest.
