17. Amendment of section 61 of Mah. IX of 2005.
In section 61 of the Value Added Tax Act,-
(1) in sub-section (1), in the Explanation for the
words and figures
"Accountants Act, 1949" the words and figures
"Accountants Act 1949 or
a
Cost Accountant within the meaning of the Cost and
Works Accountants
Act,
1959 (23 of 1959)" shall be substituted
