we have started reimbursment policy in our company in the month of Nov 2008
as per policy period is 2006-09( Calender years)
how can we reimburse the LTA option taking the assessment year as apr 2008 to mar 2009
please give some knowledge in this regards
Dear Sir,
According to Income Tax Act, 1961, You can reimburse the LTA claim with effect from
2008-09 as per (POLICY OF 2006-09). Between 2006 to 2009 any employee of your
company can claim LTA two time.
