can an LPG Gas distributor claim ITC for supply to consumers, please help.

The LPG distributor can't claim the ITC for LPG DELIVERY.
LPG delivery is their commission business. Not on purchase and Sales transactions. LPG related tax portion payable by IOCL / BPCL

Sir @ Raja that means he cannot show tax deduction at consumer's invoice?
tax deduction means
caould he show GST value at customer's invoice
invoice is given by petroleum company only
so, distributor can can't claim anything?
Claim means Different from the invoice and to the business activities by the distributor...
He can fully claim his inwards supplies. But, the sale liabilities is not to distributor...
Only his liabilities is Commission portion not in sales portion. Also he is less the liabilities from his ITC from the Inwards....

LPG DISRIBUTOR CAN AVAIL THE INPUT AND LPG SELLING PRICE IS INCLUDING GST, CALICULATE THE OUTPUT TAX AND PAY THE DIFFERANCE THAT'S IT.(TOTAL SALES GOES TO B2C)
