Dear Friends, Iam going to complete my tybcom in march 2010. Presently i stay in mumbai and doing my articleship. After completion of tybcom iam planning to go to my native place in tamil nadhu and continue my articleship. So can i take transfer mentioning this reason, I have seen the exceptions on ban on transfer has this reason included. you can refer the rule in WIRC referencer 2009 under the rules for transfer. And there is no need for transfer of employment of the parents. Please confirm this query and discuss. thanks in advance.

ICAI specified there should be justified reason for transfer of articles. I think ur reason is justifed.
ya sure transfer is permitted beyond 50 kms radius..
Friends i need more response for this question
can we send the 109 form along with the proofs and application for transfer ? or we have to wait for institute consent before sending 109 form to institute ?
