I am Looking for a windows based Personal Accounting Software which should have the following features:
- ease of use
- Manage Bank Statements
- Handle Stock, Shares, DEbentures, Mutual Funds etc
- Integrate and Manage DMat Statements
- Update Stock prices/nav etc
- Compute Taxes
- Back up of data
Could anybody suggest something?

Its free and web based though. It is decent for simple accounting but doesnt do stocks and mutual funds
You can also try Flair Finance mac personal finance software application, it has a sufficient set of features, and it will work under both OS Win and Mac.
