Looking for a good book on tax planning

Pls refer ICAI Study Material,available on their website. Also refer INCOME TAX by Vinod Singhania.

Already have Income Tax by Vinod Singhania but that is not a 'Tax Planning' oriented book. It just focuses on how Income Tax Act 1961 works basically. Or is there some other book by that author on Tax Planning?

Study Material is basically for students and not for members..

if it is possible for you plz refer Direct and Indirect Taxes Planning and Management by Dr. Yogendra Bangar for Cs Professional Programme it is available in market as per Finance Act, 2011 in which Concept on Tax Planning and Management is given in practical as wellas theorotical approach....
