Hi Everyone,
My LLP has 2 partners, and one of the Partner was disqualified due to his previous PVT LTD company non compliance,His DIN is under disqualification until 2021.
Question is hw we can file LLP returns t meet the compliance as Frms scrutiny error is saying as one of the DSC is expired/revoked.
Disqualified Director can’t continue as Director in Companies. He shall be considered as ceased with immediate effect.
If such Person continues as director even after vacation such person shall be liable for Imprisonment or fine.
