On making an application for New LLP -
Total Share Cap. - Rs. 2 lakhs
4 Individual Partners equally contributed - Rs. 50000 each
Whether all partners can get Dpin in Fillip Appln. (2 as designated partner and bal. 2 as individuals partners)?
OR
Only 2 Directors shall apply as designated partner & Balance 2 partners data details in LLP agmt. no Dpin?
