LLP AUDIT report
Is it mandatory to take audit report (opinion and responsibility statement ) from CA as per LLP act... if turnover and contribution crosses the limits or is it ok to upload only balance sheet and P& L with sign of CA

Once LLP crossess the threshold limit prescribed for audit, auditor has to issue Audit Report and the same needs to be uploaded.
