What a partnership firm can do, after becomeing LLP, patern of work will remain same. there is no chage at all.

No, CA CS or any other person other than parners can not become Designated parner of pernership firm or LLP. Deaignated partner should be the parners of the co. nobody else.

Deignated parner has the power of signing on belhalf of parnership firm and behalf of other partner. So how any other 3rd person can avail such power.
