Liquor purchase from tasmac vat returns

Dear sir
we are fl 3 delar in tasmac ,purchase liquor from tasmac depot @ 58 %tax rate on first stage sale. we sell in bar @ 14.5 % rate.
Doubt for tnvat return which annuxure for purchase value show . if sow the purchase or not.
