letter of condonation

Hi.., there's no har n fast format of condonation letter... It should b written in simple language, in ur handwriting, seeking permission or telling the reason for or any other required matter in just simple formal language.... It should b in the name of THE SECRETARY, ICAI.., and best part of it, no sign of principal is required....
