Let me know how C forms Extract from Sales Tax

yes, u have 2 file requisition  in form no-2A & 2C with department.

I HAVE TAKEN C FORMS FROM STO 2 MONTHS BACK. I DO NOT REMEMBER EXACT DETAIL. BUT FOR SHURE WE REQUIRE ONE UTILISATION FORM IN WHICH WE HAVE TO FILL THE DETAILS OF C FORMS UTILISED LAST TIME ISSUED AND ONE REQUISITION FORM IN WHICH WE HAVE TO GIVE THE FULL DETAILS OF CLIENTS FOR WHICH C FORM TO BE ISSUED .

ALSO WE HAVE TO TAKE DETAILS OF SALES TAX PAID ( THEIR ACKNOWLEDMENT)

+ WE HAVE TO PASTE ONE RUPEE STAMP FOR EACH NO OF C FORMS TO BE ISSUED 

U have to give the details of Parties along with a request letter and necessary charges. there is no form in TN.

Utilzied details with request letter is enough to get new c-from from sales tax office. But you have to maintain the records properly.

A statement showing detail of used/issued C / F  forms, which you have taken last time alongwith authority letter and deposit the requite fee for forms with Sales Tax Authority. Please confirm that on the request date no any tax liabilties is outstanding otherwise department can refuse to issue new forms.
