"LET EXPORT COPY" is Reliable

The main difference between two shipping bill is ONE is assessed which means the shipping bill is assessed  assessed means evaluated in evaluation each details of the shipping bill is evaluated with the documents submitted. After assessment if the shipping bill is found OK in all respect  only and only the LET EXPORT  is granted Let export mean a permission for export .So Assessed Shipping Bill is not permission for export but it is an evaluation of shipping bill filed for export and Let export is permission for export. Let export is the last step of export procedures whereas assessment is not the last step it is second last step if assessment is  done OK the let export is granted. So let export copy of shipping bill is considerable for accounting.
