If I could not file return for the month of October and November today and voluntarily opt for monthly return whether I am liable for late fees for not filing on due date
yes late fee applicable on it .. but wait till midnight ...
about late fee no clearity cause 50/20 rupee applicable for 3b but in any circlular not mention that this late fee applicable in all return so clerity is pending on it (200rupee late fee)
