I want to send legal notice to my defalut debtor. They don't give my payment since long time after write many reminder. How to write a legal notice. Please give such fomat or weblink where I can make legal notice letter.

after 3 years debts will be time bared as per income tax act
This is Govardhan Varma LLB and CA final doing practice as Advocate.
Normally the limitaion of the Debt is 3years. But there is an another option to send a legal notice is as per contract act.
So we send a legal notice and also file it in the civil court to recovery of the debt.
