Sir,

We have purchased curtains, Pillow cover, bed sheet, Sofa cover, Mat, Towels, etc for shop. in tally please provide name of the expense head.

Quick Summary
Expenses like curtains, bed sheets, towels, sofa covers and similar items for shop can be treated either as Furniture and Fixtures under fixed assets or as shop improvement expense depending on usage and materiality. If for resale, treat as stock.

You can book it as furniture & fittings.

If it is for resale then book it as stock

It will be accounted for under Fixed Assets. You can show it either as furniture or as shop construction

Both are equally good. If shop is under construction then you can show it under construction

Consider it as PPE as per AS-10 if the shop is in working condition and those are used for business purposes
