I am in my second year of Articleship.
I am eligible for Nov 2013 final attempt.
I just wanted to know if the Exam leave of 90 days allowed by ICAI is Included or excluded in calculating the 1/6 leave eligible.
what is the total leave allowed to an article including 90 day allowed by ICAI ??
is the leave taken by the students for exam preparation also a part of articleship?
if the students take exam preparation leave for around 90 days so that will not be counted as leave?
