Leaves entitled in articleship- is exam leave a part of it

I am in my second year of Articleship.

I am eligible for Nov 2013 final attempt.

I just wanted to know if the Exam leave of 90 days allowed by ICAI is Included or excluded in calculating the 1/6 leave eligible.

what is the total leave allowed to an article including 90 day allowed by ICAI ??

Final Preparation Leave includes in 1/7 Part of time From total time which is given By You to Office in 3 years of Articleship..

But those days when you appear for exams is not counted as leave. Its counted as you have attended your office.

if the students take exam preparation leave for around 90 days so that will not be counted as leave?
