Leaves allowed in 3 1/2 years articleship

My Dear As per my knowledge, Leave allow to article assistent is 1 day for every six day work.

That means in 3&1/2Year = 1095 (excluding Sunday)

So Allowed leave (1095/6)= 182 day.

This 182 days also include your exam leave.

But my friend you should wait for other reply

the maximum leave allowed shall be 1/6th of your articleship period. so in your case since the articleship period is 3.5 years, the maximum leave that can be allowed is 7 months. That is if you avail leave for more than 7 months, you need to work for that extra period.

But practically, majority of the CA firms are not following this regulation
