Leave Travel Concession and Medical Allowance

Is there any law which I can state to discuss this with my employer

 It is not a statutory payment. It depends on the terms of employment.

It is not the stataury provision for the Company to Paid LTC & medical to his employee, as generally Company Consider the above are as part of Salary

It depends upon the Comapnis Structure of Salary,

These allowance are nature of Reimbursement( for Tax free in the hands of Employee) ceilling limit of Rs 15,000/- for Tax free in the Medical Reimbursement.
