hey i served 7 months 21 days training with my previous CA...and i showed only 2 days leave in transfer form........so i want to know that can the leave not availed (2-( 231-2)/6 ) = -36 days ) can be carried forward to be used for calculation of eligible leave for termination of articleship.........plzz...help....i think i have wasted 36 days and cant use them.....and with my present CA my leave are 160 days

yes you can carry forward the eligible leave. But in any case your total leave taken should not exceed 180 days. since you have already taken 2 days leave with previous CA & 160 days with current one, so you have 18 more elgible days.
as far as the elgible leave is concerned for a PCC student it is (Total Period served-leave taken)/6. or Total period served/7.
