Leave taken for the purpose of examination and courses conducted by ICAI will be considered as periods served under articleship

thnQ Sundar ji for your Reply but my friends said that if i will be in leave than Sundays will also be considered as leave...Is it...??

Will GMCS will be allowed in my Holiday period...!!!

Yes..

1)if you have taken leave in between sundays and any holidays is considered as leave

2)if you have worked..in between sundays and holidays is working days for leave calculation

Thanks &regards

HI DIVYA

AS FAR AS MY EXPERIENCE IS CONCERNED IF U GO FOR GMCS THAN THOSE 15 DAYS WILL NOT BE COUNTED IN UR LEAVES

SECONLY- SUNDAYS ARE NOT COUNTED IN LEAVES
BECAUSE ITS AN ACTUAL HOLIDAY

I HAVE RECENTLY TAKEN TRANSFER FROM MY FIRM.. BUT SUNDAYS WERE NOT COUNTED AS LEAVES

AND U SHOULD BETTER TALK TO UR CA ONCE........

IT WILL MORE DEPEND ON HIM....

But According to Corporate rules if u take continuous holiday for 10 days your sunday will also be considered in it...the same rules apllies for Articles..is it true...

no.. that 15 days would not be counted for ur holidays..yes

Generally sundays are always considereded be a actual holiday!

But if u are taking leave in a series including sunday, irrespective of naure it will also be counted as a leave.

So my suggestion to u is better you take leave for some days and resume your work for atleast three days before & after ur gmcs course.

Then it might give you somewhat addition.

Which means you should have been working before and after Gmcs course period, after that take leave for exams freshly

sir i am doing as a accountant in steel and iron shop. is this experiance help full to get exemtion from icwa practical training
