leave during atricleship

I have some confusion about the leave during articleship.I have completed 10 month of my articleship and i have alrady take the total leaves 15 or 16 days .For these leaves my firm deduct my stipend and also the firm will send my attendance deduct the same leaves.I want to know is it right i mean they have deduct stipend and as well as they will send short attendance??????can i do something?????
