No the gaps between the papers will not be counted as leave . They will be counted as if the Article Clerk is on Duty
But how many No. of days is the leave persmissible . I am in pCC Stream so 42 months of Articleship . How many leave days are permissible exceeding which it is counted as Excess leave ???
180 days of leave is permissible.
Eligiblity of leave is upto 1/6 th of the articleship period served...
