Hey everyone,
My principal has deducted my stipend for the leaves taken by me for exams of IPCC & B.Com and for any other leaves taken by me collectively. What I want to know is that since my total leaves have crossed the limit of 150 Days does the leaves for which my stipend has already been deducted shall be taken into account while calculating my leaves for extension purpose? If it is so then kindly add the exact extraxt here so that I can show it to my principal & ask him to stop violating other articles as well.
