i have the following queries regarding excess leave which is being given pointwise....i request kindly respond to my queries..its really urgent..

1) can i serve my excess leave after may, ie after my exams....normally my articleship was completed in feb...will there b any prob if i do it after exams....excess leave aur to extend nahi hogi???

2) if it is possible to serve after exams...then which form will i have to submit....??

3) after completion of my excess leave...will i have to submit form 108 again..as i have already submitted it earlier...

please help me with these queries....i am very upset ragarding the responses to my earleir posts...this is my last try...please help..its a sincere request...

Officially Excess leaves have to be completed rit after the completion of articleship i.e. Feb in ur case.

Though if u convince ur Principal for not to show d excess leaves in Form 108 and complete ur remaining trng after ur xams.

Oderwise u hv 2 complete ur articleship b4 May attempt including ur excess leave.

i forgot to mention that i am in old course....so in that case i think i am eligible for this attempt as my 3 years are over..

any one can solve my problem. I have give leave application to my C.A on 30 jan 2010 but till date he does final my leave application. everyday he says that he will consider it tommorrow again and agian. I mentally deprresed from this attitude of my C.A.. I want to kill my C.A
