Agreements enforceable before law are Valid Agreements.

Agreements NOT enforceable before law are Void Agreements.

Munish Bhandari is fine for scoring good marks.

Friend, but if agreements encforceable by law are valid agreement then where is the difference betwin Contract and agreement bcoz what seprates agrimnt frm cntrct is enforceability by law.....

I would suggest go for AMIT KARIA's LAW BOOK titled LAW, ETHICS & COMMUNICATION (Bharat Publications)
Prcatical Problems are given very nicely.
60 case laws & 150-160 problmes are given.
The format of answering practical problems is also given. Even deeds & agreements are explained step by step.
Tricks for remembering section numbers are alos given.

All the best...

Best Book in the market:

AMIT KARIA's LAW, ETHICS & COMMUNICATION
