Late submission of form 109 (please help)

Dear Rahul ,

dont worry .after passing 30 days u need to submit fees and condonation letter to icai onlu for next 30 days .

All condonation letter get accepted

I have taken transfer from articleship on 16th july 2016,But due some reasons i was not able to submit form 109  within 30 days.Now i am very much worried that exactly what should i do to get it accepted,so please help me in this by anserwing the following questions:
