Late fee for gstr-4

late fees 50 Rupees per day along with interest at 1.5 P.M calculated on daily basis.

Thanks Nehul ji. I was in doubt if the late fee was reduced to Rs. 20/50 in case of GSTR-3B only and not for GSTR-4.

As per Notification No. 73/2017 – Central Tax late fees for GSTR-4 is brought down to Rs. 50 per day (CGST Rs. 25 & SGST Rs. 25) in case of default.  Also, the late fees for filing of NIL GSTR-4 is brought down to Rs. 20 per day (CGST Rs 10 & SGST Rs. 10) in case of delay
