How to amend B2C details in GSTR 1
If original return outward taxable supplies show Rs. 1000 instead of 2000
In amendment tab which amount enter
Rs. 2000 (Actual Amount)
or
Rs. 1000 (Difference Amount) 2000 - 1000

I do not think you can amend for F.Y 2018-19 Invoice now ,because amendment Tables for Monthly filler has been looked w.e.f 11/10/2019 .
Just check on portal .
September returns not filed then we can made said amendment and rectification for the FY 18-19...

As per your valuable advice, all missing outward taxable supplies successfully enter in GSTR 1 for the month of August, 2019 on 19.10.2019 & filed return
and also enter missing supplies in GSTR 3B for the month of July, 2019 & paid tax with interest & filed return
please note our GSTR 3B pending for the month of Aug & Sep 2019 & GSTR 1 for Sep 2019
Portal not accepted interest calculation on net liability
As per your valuable advice, all missing outward taxable supplies successfully enter in GSTR 1 for the month of August, 2019 on 19.10.2019 & filed return
and also enter missing supplies in GSTR 3B for the month of July, 2019 & paid tax with interest & filed return
please note our GSTR 3B pending for the month of Aug & Sep 2019 & GSTR 1 for Sep 2019
